Though it wasn’t all fireworks at first, Pakistan hit the gas in the final overs, launching five sixes and bagging 53 runs in the last four. Chasing 190, the Windies came out swinging, 33 runs in just two overs had the crowd roaring. Athanaze and Rutherford gave it a good go with gritty fifties, but Pakistan’s bowlers held their nerve. Sufiyan Muqeem bowled a beauty to dismiss Jason Holder, and from there, the West Indies chase unraveled. Despite a late scramble, they just couldn’t keep up with the run rate. And just like that, Pakistan wrapped up a 2-1 series win. Their seventh straight T20I series triumph over the Windies!
