Stumps：Pakistan trailed by 34 runs.

Pakistan’s top order gave a strong reply on a Mirpur surface that had tested Bangladesh early in the match. Awais became the centre of the day, handling pressure, pace, and nerves with maturity beyond his age.

Stumps：Bangladesh chose to bat.

Pakistan started well after choosing to bowl first, removing both Bangladesh openers early on a grassy Mirpur surface. But as the pitch dried out and became easier to bat on, Bangladesh recovered strongly and reached 301 for 4 by stumps.
