Sri Lanka posted a competitive 288, powered by Janith Liyanage’s crisp 54 and finishing touches from Hasaranga. But once the new ball went all over the place, the game slipped rapidly. Two dropped catches in the first ten overs, wayward lines from the pacers, and a quiet Hasaranga dealing with a back issue left Sri Lanka searching for answers.
