South Africa marched into the T20 World Cup semi-finals unbeaten, edging Zimbabwe by five wickets in Delhi despite a stirring all-round show from Sikandar Raza. He powered 73 off 43, accounting for most of Zimbabwe’s 153, then struck twice early in the chase to remove Quinton de Kock and Aiden Markram. But Dewald Brevis’ brisk 42 and a steadying stand in the middle overs kept South Africa on track. Even as Raza finished with 3 for 29 and nearly turned the game, South Africa’s depth and composure saw them home and into a Kolkata semi-final against New Zealand.
South Africa extend their unbeaten run in the 2026 #T20WorldCup with a comfortable victory over Zimbabwe 👏
