In the chase, Aiden Markram played conductor, stroking an elegant 58 off 31 with seven boundaries and two sixes. At the other end, Rishabh Pant opened for the first time in years, grabbed 21 off 18, and kept the scoreboard moving. But it was Nicholas Pooran who really flipped the script — seven sixes in a 34-ball 61 that blew GT’s bowling apart. He dismantled Sai Kishore for three monster hits in one over and left LSG needing just a run-a-ball finish. Ayush Badoni (28* off 18) calmly wrapped it up with three balls to spare, helping LSG leap into the top three with style.
