Ellis, 30, has good numbers in T20 cricket, picking up 203 wickets in 168 T20S across the world. He holds 27 T20I caps for Australia, where he bagged 41 wickets at an economy of 7.84. He has the knack of deceiving the batters with his brilliant change-ups and will play a vital role for Lucknow Super Giants in the middle and death overs. Remember, he is a gun fielder too.

The only area Lucknow Super Giants are lacking at the moment is their bowling; without a genuine overseas fast bowler in the mix, they felt clueless many times in IPL 2025.
