IND vs RSA 2nd ODI Highlight delivered pure chaos and quality in Raipur, India smashing 358 for 5 before South Africa replied with a record level chase. Virat Kohli and Ruturaj Gaikwad produced twin hundreds, running India into a dominant position with a 195 run stand. Then Aiden Markram answered with a blazing 110, setting up Dewald Brevis, Matthew Breetzke and the lower order hitters. Corbin Bosch and Keshav Maharaj finished the job, dragging the series to one one. Both dressing rooms walked off knowing this was a wild modern classic, noisy, nervy and absolutely packed with batting theatre tonight.

Virat Hundred, but a Loss
Virat Kohli made yet another hundred in this series, crafting 102 with ruthless control and sharp running, but finished on the losing side. Alongside Ruturaj Gaikwad’s maiden ODI ton, he helped India post 358 for 5 and piled pressure on South Africa. The batting power looked enough on a tricky pitch, yet Markram’s chase, Brevis’ hitting and South Africa’s belief ultimately flipped the script and left Kohli applauding from the balcony. Yet the scorecard sparkled while the result slipped away.

Aiden Markram Make It Rain, South Africa’s Power Chase
Aiden Markram made it rain in Raipur, hammering 110 from 98 balls to ignite South Africa’s power chase. He punished anything even slightly off length, driving, lofting and ramping India’s quicks to change the mood completely. His stand with Temba Bavuma steadied nerves, then he opened the door for Breetzke, Brevis and the finishers to race through. He looked in command, and every clean strike seemed to pump belief everywhere.

Harshit’s Slower Ball Twist
The slower ball did the magic when Harshit Rana finally foxed a well set Aiden Markram, dragging his pace off and forcing a mistimed hit to the deep. For a moment it felt like India had stopped the Proteas charge, the dressing room roaring as their key planner walked off and the required rate stayed high. If only it lasted.

Prasidh and Arshdeep Hit Back
Matthew Breetzke out, Marco Jansen out, suddenly Prasidh Krishna and Arshdeep Singh had opened a door India barely expected. Their strikes after Markram’s dismissal cut through South Africa’s middle and tail guardians, dragging the game back from a seeming procession. Each wicket spiked the crowd noise and pulled the chase toward a nervy finish. Hope flickered brightly, then wobbled again.
